Watch the stars at Telus World of Science

Did you know that 2009 is the International Year of Astronomy? This year marks the 400th anniversary of the first telescope!

Telus World of Science (11211 - 142nd street) wants you to help them celebrate the kick-off to the year-long event this Saturday, January 10th. The fun takes place from 11am to 5pm with the official kick-off at 2pm. There will be kid's activities, lots of family fun and even (weather permitting) the chance to check out some of the telescopes on site.
