Under the Big Top Festival in Sherwood Park

Head just a little east of Edmonton to Sherwood Park's Festival Place this weekend for some magical fun!

The Under the Big Top Festival is in full swing and they're celebrating the mid-point of the festival with stage shows as well as a Puppet Picnic:

"Enjoy a delightful afternoon of building and playing with puppets, professional puppet shows, music, face painting, balloon art, clowns, and picnic food on Sunday, August 23, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (rain or shine - if rain, the picnic will take place in the banquet rooms). Bring your own picnic or take in the BBQ."

This Sunday, August 23rd, you can catch a host of circus performers at Festival Place for the "In The Centre Ring" show. Next Sunday, August 29th is full of magic and aerial theatre at the "Magic In The Air" performance. You can buy tickets directly from the Festival Place box office.
