Open house at the Riverdale NetZero house

The Riverdale NetZero housing project is open Saturdays from 1 - 4pm for self-guided tours.

The NetZero house is one of the brightest star's in Edmonton's green housing movement. It features a combination of passive and active solar power to supply the house's energy needs. Water use has been cut by more than 50% by using rain-catchment systems for outdoor needs. The house was even built using environmentally-friendly building materials!

The house is located at 9926, 87 Street.
