Nightly Neighbors at the John Janzen Nature Centre

halloween bats.jpg

You're invited to spend Halloween morning at the John Janzen Nature Centre (Fox Dr. & Whitemud Dr - same parking lot as Fort Edmonton Park) learning about the "spooky" creatures that share the river valley with us.

"Why do coyotes howl? Are bats really scary? Just how do flying squirrels fly? Spend the spookiest day of the year learning about the nocturnal residents of Edmonton3s river valley. We'll put to rest some myths and learn to appreciate our night neighbours. Costumes are welcome!"

The event takes place on Friday, October 31st from 10am until 11:30am.  You can call the centre for more information at 780-496-8787.
