Gwynne Dyer at The Arden Theatre, October 26/08

Respected historian, journalist and author Gwynne Dyer will be featured at The Arden Theatre's new On Stage Series, on October 26/08.

"Mr.Dyer's vast knowledge, understanding, and focused and perceptive insights of current political and military shifts on a global scale will create an engaging forum between the journalist and his audience," says the theatre.

Dyer will talk about "hot topics" in current affairs, world issues, including the war in Iraq and climate change.

His new book is Climate Wars, which his publisher calls "a terrifying glimpse of the none-too-distant future, when climate change will force the world's powers into a desperate struggle for advantage and even survival."

Tickets for the event are $50 or a Package for $125.
