Free Admission Day 2009

The City of Edmonton wants to say thank you to it's citizens with the annual "Free Admission Day" takes place this weekend!

The 2009 Free Admission Day takes place on Sunday, September 27th at dozens of different city-owned attractions from 10am to 6pm.

Your family can enjoy a stroll through the Muttart Conservatory, learn about Edmonton's history at Fort Edmonton Park or have a wildlife encounter at the Valley Zoo - for free! There are free public skating programs at the Glengarry, Kinsmen, Londonderry and Millwoods arenas between 1:30 - 6pm today. The City Arts Centre is hosting a drop-in event from 10am - 6pm to create your very own artist trading card.
