Festival of Trees

Singing at the Festival of Trees when I was in grade school is one of my fonder childhood memories of Christmas in Edmonton. It's great to see the festival is still going - twenty years later!

The Festival of Trees takes place at the Shaw Conference Centre from November 27th through the 29th. There are Christmas trees decorated by celebrity volunteers and organizations. You can check out the gingerbread houses and floral accents. There are even pancake breakfasts with Santa!

The proceeds from the event go towards the University of Alberta Hospital.
