Christmas in Edmonton

merry christmas.jpg

There are a few things that I've got to do every year to celebrate Christmas in Edmonton.

Strolling through the provincial legislature grounds is an absolute must! It's guaranteed to put me in the Christmas spirit. You get to enjoy beautiful lights and carols outside, live choirs and hot chocolate inside.

Have you had a chance to take the scenic route through your neighborhood to see all the different lights that your neighbors have put up? It's always fun to see the different decorations that people use.

Candy Cane Lane is another Edmonton Christmas classic. Whether you drive or walk through, it brings out the child in everyone! Just make sure to bring a donation for the Edmonton Food Bank.

The Muttart Conservatory is known for their lovely poinsettias, which you can buy from their gift shop. Of course, their show pyramid is all decked out for the season as well.

Merry Christmas!
