Capital Ex Parade

capital ex parade.jpg

The Capital Ex Parade will wind it's way through Edmonton's downtown this Thursday, July 17th. You can catch the fun starting at 10am all the way through 12:30pm.

The parade begins at 97 Street and 102 Avenue and will travel west through to 108 Street, wind north, and return east on 103 Avenue ending at 99 Street and 102A Avenue. Just make sure to plan your parking in advance - there are some road closures. Or take ETS and don't worry about it!

reply - this post is actually from a year ago, but I'll post about the next Capital Ex parade when it's a little closer.

Is the parade on Thursday, July 16th or Friday, July 17th? Confusing. It has always been on Thursday. What's up?

Usual blunder advertising for the parade. Heard on way to work to wear red to support the troups, well I'm wearing green, they should have mentioned it before hand so people can prepare.
