Autumn colours in the River Vallley

Well, the kids are back in school, the mornings are feeling a little bit crisp and the Canada geese are on the move - it's autumn in Edmonton!

This is one of my favorite times of year to be an Edmontonian - the city looks so lovely with just a hint of fall gold through the river valley. Give it another couple of weeks and the city will be a riot of golds, reds and coppers!

It's the time of year when I want to have a picnic in the valley, or just sneak an extra ten minutes enjoying my coffee outside.

So how do you celebrate the change in seasons?
