All Day Art Saturdays

The Art Gallery of Alberta is hosting a family art day tomorrow, Saturday August 29th.

The HSBC "All Day Saturday" happens on the last Saturday of every month. This month they're making puppets inspired by Guy Ben-Ner's video installation at the gallery, "Moby Dick". Kids work with a local artist as well as AGA staff to create their own work of art. There is also a scavenger hunt through an exhibit, as well as the last chance for a family tour of "Real Life".

It's free for kids 12 and under and runs from 1 - 4pm on Saturday. The gallery is located at Enterprise Square, 100-10230 Jasper Ave.
